Payroll and Contracting Administrator

We are currently seeking a Payroll Administrator (minimum of 5 years’ experience), who will be working within the Human Resources team. You will be responsible for processing payroll; ability to execute manual processes in addition to electronic systems will be required. You will also be responsible for generating, analyzing and presenting various payroll related reports. Absolute accuracy and keen attention to detail are essential.

As the perfect candidate for this role you must have a high level of integrity and honesty in order to earn trust at all levels of the organization, able to prioritize and multitask, while delivering results within set timelines. You must be a flexible team player who demonstrates objectivity and ‘common sense’.
Applicants must meet the following criteria below for consideration

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management is advantageous
Fluency in both spoken and written English
Human Resource administration experience
Strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve
The capacity to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
Committed, responsible, proactive and self-driven
Proficient using Microsoft Excel
Proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications
A working knowledge of the local labour law
Experience in offshore or shipping and OCS software will be considered as an advantage.
